SINGLE AND MULTICORE FLEXIBLE CABLES
Siechem flexible cables are manufactured with 100 % pure electrolytic grade bright annealed bare copper wires having 102 % conductivity and
insulated with specially formulated in house PVC compound with high insulation resistance and dielectric strength. Incase of Multi core cables,
the insulated cores are laid up to form the core assembly. Sheathing is provided with specially formulated in house PVC compound to facilitate
easy stripping and also to with standmechanical abrasion.
The insulation and sheathing compounds have a high oxygen and temperature index. The Single and Multicore flexible cables are manufactured
as per IS 694 : 1990 in sizes from0.5
sq.mmto 300
sq.mmin single core and in size 0.5 to 4
sq.mminmulti core construction. These sizes carry the
ISI mark and the remaining sizes generally conform to IS 694 : 1990. Cables as per BS EN 50525-2-31:2011 and BS 6004:2000 BS 6004 are also
manufactured for export market.
Colours : Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green, Yellow-Green &Grey Packing : 100m coils in cartons upto 6
sq.mmfor single core cable.
