Class B Anti-Capillary Wires

Anti capillary effect of high pressure hot oil leaks from Air condition compressors to circuits boards.
These wires protects the vital sensors in automobiles electronic devices in automobiles by preventing the flow of liquids and fluids.
This replaces the conventional usage of expensive water blocking and water proof materials.

Temperature Range : -40ºC to +150ºC (ISO 6722)
Voltage : 60V DC
Thermal Life, Heat Shock, Shrinkage, Ozone Resistance, Volume Resistivity etc as per ISO 6722.
Hot Oil (ASTM1) : No breakdown at 1kV
Battery Acid Resistance : <1% swell
Auto Transmission Fluid (Dexon III) : No breakdown at 1kV
Hydrolysis : Pass (35 days, 85ºC, 48V)
Salt Spray test as per ASTM B 117-73 : Satisfactory
Specification : ISO 6722
Meets customer specific pressure test against water and different fluids, solvents, oil etc.

Electron beam cross linked
Does not drip and soldering iron resistant.
Barrier- Sealed.
High and low temperature resistance.
Ozone and weathering resistance.
Resistance to pressure at high temperature.
Insulation is resistant to most of the oils used in 2 wheelers, passenger cars, trucks and oil leaks from AC compressors
Flame retardant.
Abrasion resistance
Fluid block resistance.
