Application

  • Low-tension electric wire for automobiles.
  • Used in Motorcycles and other motor vehicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and insutrument panel circuits.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Bare copper conductor (Symmetrical structure A).
  • Insulation : EBXL-XLPE, (Zero halogen, flame retardant), (Thick wall thickness).
  • Colour : As per customer order.

Technical Data

  • Temperature Range : -40°C to +125°C (3000 Hours).
  • Voltage : 600V AC/1000V DC.
  • Min. Bending radius : 5 X Cable OD.
  • Standard : ISO 19642-3, LV 112-1.

  • Highly resistant against acids, alkaline, petrol and diesel.
