Application

  • Wiring harness for regions with extended temperature.
  • Single cable wiring for car body or regions with moderate temperatures.
  • Using copper alloy with high values will lead to an excellent signal cable for low-current applications, for example for switches and sensors.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Strands of copper alloy, CuSn03 alloy; IACS 72%, Sn content 0.3±0.05%.
  • Insulation : Polyethylene, cross-linked (XPE). (Reduced wall thickness).
  • Colour : As per customer order.

Technical Data

  • Temperature Range : -40°C to +125°C (3000 Hours)
  • Voltage : 60V.
  • Thermal Overload : 200°C (Short term).
  • Min. Bending radius : 5 x Cable OD.
  • FL : Automotive cable.
  • CuSn03 : Copper alloys.
  • R : Reduced wall thickness.
  • 2X : PE-X (Polyethylene cross linked).
