Application

  • Low tension electric wire for automobiles.
  • Used in motorcycles and other motor vehicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument panel circuits.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Soft-annealed electrolytic Copper E-Cu ETP1 according to DIN 13602, bare conductor.
  • Insulation : PP-FR (Polypropylene FR) low halogen.
  • Colour : As per customer order
  • Single core

Technical Data

  • Temperature Range : – 40°C to +120°C (3000 Hours)
  • Test Voltage : 3kV (r.m.s.) for cables < 0.5 mm² 
  •                          5kV(r.m.s) for cables ≥ 0.5 mm² 
  • Standard : Ford ES-AU5T-1A348, ISO 6722, Class C
  •                     FIAT 91107/17
  •                     Renault 36-05-009-N
