Application

  • Low tension electric wire for Automobiles.
  • Used in Motorcycles and other motor vehicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument panel circuits.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Bare copper conductor, CU ETP1 EN 13602, Symmetrical Structure A, (Tinned on request).
  • Insulation : EBXL-XLPE (Zero halogen).
  • Covering : Reduced wall thickness.
  • Colour : As per customer order.

Technical Data

  • Temperature Range : -40°C to +125°C (3000 Hours)
  • Voltage : 600V AC / 1000V DC
  • Test voltage : 3kV (On-line) spark test.
  • Min. Bending radius : 3 x cable OD.
  • FHL : Automotive cable (High Voltage).
  • 2X : Polyethylene crosslinked (PE-X).
  • Standard : ISO 19642-3.
