Application

  • Low tension electric wire for Automobiles.
  • Used in Motorcycles and other motor vehicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument panel circuits.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Bare copper conductor, CU ETP1 EN 13602, Symmetrical Structure A, (Tinned on request).
  • Insulation : Polypropylene(PP).
  • Covering : Reduced wall thickness.
  • Colour : As per customer order.

Technical Data

  • Temperature Range : -40°C to +125°C (3000 Hours)
  • Voltage : 1000V AC / 1500V DC, (Acc. to ISO 19642-5).
  • Test voltage : eff. 6.0 kV spark test (0.35mm²),  eff. 8.0 kV spark test (≥0.50mm²).
  • Min. Bending radius : 3 x cable OD.
  • FHL : Automotive cable (High Voltage).
  • 9Y : Polypropylene (PP).
  • Standard : ISO 19642-3.
