Application

  • Wire harness of low-tension electric circuits for automobiles.
  • Used in motorcycles and other motor vechicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument panel circuits.
  • Especially used for circuits requiring heat resistance.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Aluminium alloy conductor, EAL 99, 7 acc to EN 573-3, (Asymmetrical structure B).
  • Insulation : EBXL-XLPE, (Reduced wall thickness).
  • Colour : As per customer order.

  • Temperature Range : -40°C to +125°C (3000 Hours).
  • Voltage : 60V.
  • Min. Bending radius : 5 x Cable OD.
  • FL : Automotive cable.
  • AL : Aluminium.
  • R : Reduced wall thickness.
  • 2X : (Polyethylene cross-linked).
  • B : Structure B.
  • Standard : ISO 19642-4, LV 112-2.
