Application

  • Internal connection of the charging socket to the charger aggregate.
  • Used today by different OEMs for the connection of HV aggregates.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Annealed Tinned Flexible Copper Conductor                     (Asymmetrical, Structure C).
  • Insulation : Silicone Rubber (Thin wall)
  • Inner Sheath : Silicone Rubber
  • Outer Sheath : Silicone Rubber- Orange
  • Colour : Orange (or) as per customer request
  • Multi Core

  • Temperature Range : -40°C to 180°C (3000 Hours)
  • Voltage Rating : 600V AC / 1000V DC
  • Test Voltage :                                                                                                                         Insulation :  i) 6 kV for cables < 0.5 mm2                                                                                                  ii) 8 kV for cables ≥ 0.5 mm2                                                                        Outer Jacket : 8 kV for all cables
