Product Construction

  • Conductor : Copper alloy conductor; CuSn 0.3 alloy; IACS 72%
    Sn content 0.3 ±0.05%.
  • Insulation : Polypropylene (White & Green).
  • Inner sheath : Polypropylene
  • Shield : ATC with aluminium mylar tape 85% coverage.
  • Outer sheath :  Polyvinyl chloride (Black).
  • Colour : As per customer order.

Technical Data

  • Temperature Range : -40°C to +105°C (3000 Hours).
  • Voltage : 60V.
  • Characteristic impedance (at 20°C) : 100±5 Ω.
  • J : Jacket.
  • STP :Shielded twisted pair.
