Application

  • Wire harness of low-tension electric circuits for automobiles.
  • Used in motorcycles and other motor vehicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument panel circuits.
  • Especially used for circuits requiring heat resistance.

Product Construction

  • Conductor : Soft-annealed electrolytic copper E-Cu ETP1 according to JIS C 3102, bare conductor  construction according to JASO D 624
  • Insulation : Electron Beam Cross Linked Polyethylene.
  • Braiding : Annealed Tinned Copper
  • Outer Sheath : Electron Beam Cross Linked Elastomer 100°C
  • Sheath Colour : Orange
