For use in automotive engine compartment to withstand excessive heat and to give protection from engine fluids.

Conductor : Soft-annealed electrolytic copper construction (Tinned Copper on request)
Insulation : EBXL Special polymer uni sheathed
Colour : As per customer order
Single core, Single layer.

Temperature Range : – 40°C to +150°C (ISO 6722-1 T4 Class D)
Voltage : 60 V
Structure A : 0.35 Sq.mm to 2.5 Sq.mm
Structure B : 4 Sq.mm to 10 Sq.mm
Thermal Life, Heat Shock, Shrinkage, Ozone Resistance, Volume Resistivity etc as per ISO 6722-1.
Hot oil (ASTM1) : No breakdown at 1kV
Battery Acid Resistance : <1% swell
Auto Transmission Fluid (Dexon III)
Hydrolysis : Pass (35 days, 85°C, 48V)
Salt spray test as per ASTM B 117-73
