  • Low-tension electric wire for Automobiles.
  • Used in Motorcycles and other motor vehicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument panel circuits.

  • Conductor : Soft-annealed electrolytic Copper E-Cu ETP1 according to DIN 12602, bare conductor
  • Insulation : Electron Beam Cross Linked EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) with
    properties based on ISO 6722, Class C. Screen: ATC braiding
  • Polyster foil as per DIN 40634. (Optional)
  • Outer Sheath : TPE-U (Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer with especially high resistance to hydrolysis)
  • Colour : As per customer order.
  • Multicore

  • Temperature Range : – 40°C to +125°C (3000 Hours)
  • Test Voltage: 3kV (r.m.s.) for cables < 0.5 mm2
    5kV (r.m.s.) for cables ≥ 0.5 mm2
  • FL Automotive cable
